Student loan debt

Student loan debts comprise:

• student debts of current students under the Dutch Student Finance Act (WSF), excluding provisional debts which can be converted into a non-repayable grant, and
• student debts of former students under the Dutch law on the recovery of long-term debts (ILS), and
• student debts under the lifetime learning credit arrangement (LLLK).
