Sea containers
The number of containers is expressed as twenty-foot equivalent units (TEU). This is the unit used to describe the cargo capacity of a 20-foot-long container. This unit is the standard designating unit for containers with differing levels of cargo capacity. One 20-foot container is the equivalent of 1 TEU.
