Social assistance benefit

The number of people receiving social assistance under the Work and Social Assistance Act (WWB, up to and including 2014) and the Participation Act (2015 onwards) who have not yet reached the statutory pension entitlement age.
As of 1 January 2013, the statutory pension (AOW) entitlement age is being raised annually and in stages by one or several months at a time. The age was raised by one month to 65 years and one month on 1 January 2013.
