Family members of a (asylum) permit holder to whom a Regular Provisional Residence Permit (mvv) is granted under special conditions. Once the mvv has been issued, the family members receive a derived asylum permit upon arrival. The permit holder must apply for an mvv for his or her family no later than three months after obtaining the asylum permit and the mvv remains valid for up to 90 days.
