Natural gas reserves

Refers to the remaining gas reserves, i.e. the remaining part of the estimated initial reserves after deduction of the total volume of hydrocarbons extracted from a particular reservoir prior to end of the year under review (aggregate production).
Natural gas reserves are expressed in standard cubic metres (Sm³): the Sm³ gives an indication of a cubic metre of natural gas in standard conditions, i.e. a temperature of 15 °C and a pressure of 101.325 kilopascal (kPa).
