The purpose of the Mortality Survey is to provide an accurate statistical description medical end-of-life decisions. The survey is commissioned by the Netherlands Organisation for Health Research and Development (ZonMw) and conducted by the VU University Medical Centre, the Erasmus Medical Centre Rotterdam and Statistics Netherlands. ZonMw is an organisation which funds health research and stimulates the use of scientific knowledge in order to improve health care. Back to article
