Attractiveness

Very positive regional attractiveness implies that relative net migration (the total balance of domestic and foreign migrations) exceeds 0.5 percent. In the case of low positive regional attractiveness, relative net migration ranges between 0 and 0.5 percent. A range between 0.5 and 0 percent indicates low negative regional attractiveness and regional attractiveness is very negative, if relative net migration is below – 0.5 percent.
