In the publication 'Het Nederlandse ondernemingsklimaat in cijfers' the Netherlands is compared for each indicator with the following fixed group consisting of 19 reference countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Poland, Sweden and the United States.
