The basis is the regional population forecast of people with a foreign background and households 2007-2025 conducted by Statistics Netherlands and the Netherlands Environmental Assessment Agency. This regional forecast is based upon the National Population Forecast from 2006. The next national forecast is published by Statistics Netherlands on 18 December 2008.
