Not active on the labour market

People who are not active on the labour market are those who do not belong to the (employed or unemployed) labour force. The employed labour force consists of people aged 15-64 years with a paid job of at least 12 hours a week.
The unemployed labour force consists of people aged 15-64 years without a paid job, or with a paid job of less than 12 hours a week, who are actively looking for a job of at least 12 hours a week and are available to start work immediately.
