Personal income

An individual’s gross income is made up of: income from labour, income from enterprise, benefits from income insurance and social benefits (except children’s allowance). Personal income does not include.
- income from wealth
- children’s allowance
- received subsidies/grants

For this analysis the figures of the 2003 income statistics were linked to the figures of the 2004 labour force survey. The figures refer to 25-29 year-old men who received  income for the whole year.
