Gooi region most expensive

Houses in the Gooi region (between Utrecht and Amsterdam) cost on average 285,000 euro. In Delfzijl (in the north-east of the province of Groningen) this average is 90,000 euro. The large differences are caused by among other things the location of the region and large regional differences in construction. An average one-family house in the Gooi region looks completely different compared with one in Delfzijl. Prices in Delfzijl and surrounding area are slightly lower than in the Zeeuws-Vlaanderen region in the south-west of the country.
