Exports of goods manufactured in the Netherlands

Dutch figures on the value of exports distinguish between exports after production of goods in the Netherlands (exports of goods manufactured domestically) and exports after imports from other countries without having undergone significant processing (re-exports). This distinction is important, because the export of one euro worth of goods produced in the Netherlands contributes about 57 euro cents to the Dutch economy, versus approximately 11 euro cents for re-exported products).
