Investment climate deteriorated marginally
According to May’s Investment Radar, the investment climate has deteriorated marginally. In the preceding two months, circumstances for investments had barely changed.
Since the publication of April’s Investment Radar, new data have become available for five indicators. Three indicators showed deterioration: capacity utilisation rate fell, while exports growth was smaller than in the previous month, and manufacturers became more pessimistic about their order positions. On the other hand, consumer confidence increased slightly. The interbank interest rate hardly changed.
