In the period 1981–1996, the continuous Health Care Survey, subsequently the Integrated System of Social Surveys, conducted annually by Statistics Netherlands has surveyed the use of a number of health care facilities. The annual results have been used to analyse trends. This means that these analysed values do not necessarily correspond to the annual results as published in StatLine.
