Personal life stage-related budget

Employees annually receive a personal budget of leave hours, the personal life stage-related budget (PLB). The PLB scheme allows employees to save or take up their leave hours. Since every employee has a personal life stage-related budget, the effect on the wage increase is included in CAO wages. Prior age-related schemes did not apply to all employees and were therefore not included in the statistics on CAO wages. Simultaneously with the introduction of the PLB scheme, all other age-related leave arrangements will expire.
