Mayor’s declaration

For asylumseekers who are not directly traceable by the IND but who are known to the municipal authorities, there is the possibility to submit a mayor’s declaration to the IND. This declaration notifies the IND that the asylumseeker in question lived in the Netherlands continuously in the period 1 January–31 December 2006.
