State group regulations
Regulations based on the National Assistance Act of 1963 which allows the application of special regulations to people belonging to a particular group, such at the digression of the major and aldermen. There are state group regulations for unemployed persons (rww), victims of the war of 1940-1945, repatriates, Ambonese people, blind and disabled people and self-employed people.
